If you want to relax only footsteps from the beach then look no further..... SHELLEBRATIONS will have you feeling right at home whilst on holiday, providing a comfy base to explore everything Down South has to offer. 

Only meters from a beautiful calm swimming beach, short walk or drive to corner shops, minutes drive from the town center and only 30 minutes drive to the heart of our wine region with so many offerings you will need to stay for longer!! 

Wifi is included in this property.

Bring your bikes and ride along our expansive beach cycle paths, taking in the stunning ocean views.

There is also loads of parking available at this home so bring along your boat. You can easily launch it at the boat ramp only 500m up the road. 

The interior of this home has recently been completely refurbished and provides a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy your break-away. 

The main living room has reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. Plus there is a large TV and DVD player and plenty of seating. Adjoining the living area is the brand new kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare the family meal. There is even a dishwasher and coffee machine. 

There are 3 bedrooms, all finished in quality bedding. The master bedroom has a private ensuite with toilet. This bedroom also has it's own reverse cycle air conditioner. 

The main bathroom has bathtub and separate shower. Off this room is the laundry with combined washer/dryer machine and also a separate toilet. 

Outside you can sit undercover in Summer or Winter to BBQ, entertain and watch the kids play on the lawn. There is a huge patio area where the kids can ride scooters while you prepare dinner inside. Outside dogs are welcome (please let us know you are bringing a pet when enquiring). The backyard is fully fenced & gated.

Please note:

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
