Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.

If you want a beachside getaway that's close to it all, then look no further. 

This modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is only 150m walk from the beach and approximately 15 minutes walk in to Busselton city center and the Jetty. There's also the bike paths to enjoy if two wheels are more your thing or by car all the amenities of the city center are under 2 minutes drive. 

Come with your family or on a couples/singles weekender - this home will suit everyone. 

Drive only 20 minutes to Dunsborough / Yallingup / Eagle Bay or about 40 minutes to Margaret River.

Wifi is included & Netflix can be accessed on the TV using your own login.

The home has a large open plan kitchen, meals and living area which lead out to the restful outdoor deck area. There is a large TV, DVD player, plenty of lounge seating, meals seating for 8 and a kitchen equipped with everything you will need for your holiday including the all important dishwasher. 

Reverse cycle air conditioning unit is found in the living area which will keep you comfortable year-round. Pedestal fans are provided in each bedroom. 

There are 3 bedrooms near the main bathroom, laundry and toilet. Bedrooms all have large robes and reading lamps and are finished in quality bedding. 

The master bedroom has a king bed and enjoys direct access to the outdoor deck area. There is heaps of robe space and a large private ensuite. 

Outside on the deck you can sit on the comfy lounges and really unwind. There is a BBQ at this home for outdoor cooking. 

Parking for 2 cars in the enclosed garage plus one more car could fit in the driveway or bring your small boat. There is a common driveway area here and we ask that this not be blocked for the neighbours access at any time.

For your four legged friend, the backyard/deck area is fully enclosed although the only lawn available is in the front yard (which is not fenced). We ask pets to remain outside.

Please note:

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
