THE BEACH SHACK - BUSSELTON

It's all about location & relaxation when you come stay at THE BEACH SHACK.

Situated in the heart of Busselton only 150 metres from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the City centre, Jetty and amazing new Busselton Foreshore picnic areas & playground.

Walk to town in the morning to collect a coffee and paper or go check out the weekend markets. You can really enjoy everything Busselton has to offer being central to it all.

THE HOME

'The Beach Shack' provides relaxed, no-fuss accommodation for the budget conscious with three bedrooms, one bathroom and generous main living / meals area.

The living area boasts a huge flat screen TV & DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen has a new oven & stove top as well as microwave. 

There are three bedrooms in the home, all dressed in quality bedding. The kids can enjoy their own space in the third bedroom where there is another smaller TV. No air conditioning in the bedrooms, pedestal fans available.

The bathroom consists of bath & separate shower, with the laundry providing access to a separate toilet.

Out the front is where you can sit under the verandah and enjoy an afternoon beverage & BBQ. The front yard allows heaps of parking for cars and a boat.

The backyard is fully enclosed & provides a lawn area for the young kids to enjoy and pets are also welcome.

Bedding configuration;

BED 1 - Queen Bed + Bunk Bed (1 x double on bottom, 1 x single on top)
BED 2 - Double Bed
BED 3 - Single Bed
Quilts, pillows & blankets are provided. 

Please note:

-The CLEANING CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* 2 x Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see below)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- Bathroom linens can be hired or BYO. To hire it is $5 per person and provides 1 x towel & face washer per person, 1 x bath mat & hand towel per bathroom

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding

- If you have more than the advertised number of occupants we must be advised

- This property has bedding / linen to sleep 7 guests only

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry/request if you intend to keep a pet inside this property
