Ride bikes along the expansive pathways at the front door or jump in the car to the Jetty only 5 minutes down the road.
In total the home is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 toilets. There is the large main kitchen upstairs and a secondary kitchenette downstairs. 2 separate living areas, laundry with washer & dryer. All living & bedroom spaces have reverse cycle air conditioning.
The ground floor consists of :
- Separate loungeroom with TV & access to the front yard, ceiling fan & air con
- Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink
- 2 king size bedrooms and 3 bedroom with 4 x single beds

- Spacious living with plenty of seating space in front of the gas fireplace & Smart TV
- Generous dining area with comfortable seating for 10
- Large kitchen space with everything you need for preparing meals, cooking & eating. Microwave, oven & cooktop, dishwasher, water dispensing fridge, coffee pod machine

- Outside entertaining & dining area on the balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Gas BBQ cooking

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package - these areSTARTER essentials including tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay. No other pantry items are provided.
- Beach towels are NOT included
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

This house is spectacular. The design layout with large open spaces and spectacular views of the ocean made it a wonderful place to stay. With fully equipped kitchen, bedding and super clean bathrooms. A great location just away from the main busselton strip made it nice and quiet without being far from anything. The communication with booking, check in and out and any other queries we had, were always answered promptly and kindly. Amazing amazing experience. Will definitely be back woth the family

Property was absolutely flawless, it was clean, tidy and perfect laid out.
The house was beautiful and conveniently located right across from the beach. It was just a short drive to town, as well as the foreshore, park, and skate park. Having the bikes available encouraged my teenagers to ride together and spend time as friends.
A fantastic property in a beautiful setting. We used the bikes provided and the canoes in the sea. A really beautiful place for a chilled break.
We had a fabulous time staying in Bree’s house. The family loved having the use of the SUP’s and kayaks. The location was also great for cycling into the jetty precinct. Our break away in Busselton was very enjoyable.
