Located in the City Center and at the doorstep of the Busselton Jetty, our amazing foreshore precinct with skate park, children's playgrounds, open playing space, eateries and beach, BLUE BAY HOUSE will provide you with the perfect place to stay & explore with ease. 

Bring bikes to enjoy our expansive cycle pathways, enjoy daily walks to the beach & Jetty or skate park with the kids. Take a stroll to one of our many nearby coffee shops, restaurants & cafes and then onto the supermarket to get supplies for dinner. Everything is at your fingertips! 

On the days you feel like a drive to explore more of the region -  Dunsborough, Yallingup, Eagle Bay are only 25 minutes away and 40 minutes to the Margaret River town centre. 

There is a pool to excite the kids (not heated) and a 4 seater heated spa for the adults to retreat. 

A kayak has been supplied at the property for guests to use at the beach for their enjoyment.

Inside the home, the upstairs level consists of the main living area with reverse cycle air conditioning, large lounge and smart TV, dining area and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other essentials to prepare & cook meals. 

Out the sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining deck/balcony provides another casual space for you to relax with a book or an early morning cup of tea, as this area can be accessed also by the master bedroom. There are quality alfresco flyscreen blinds that you can keep opened to let in the beautiful sunshine, or close on raining days & get cosy. 

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large walk in robe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet. This bedroom also has it's own reverse cycle air con unit. 

Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 have queen beds and the third offers a day bed which can be converted to a queen size bed. There is a combined laundry / main bathroom with shower, bath & toilet, vanity, washing machine. This can also be conveniently accessed by the outside pool area. 

There is also a second bonus living space with smart TV, couch and table plus a small kitchen with it's own hotplate, oven, sink, mini dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, reverse cycle air con unit. 

Parking for 2 cars in tandem in the driveway.

PLEASE NOTE :

-The CLEANING CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see below)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding
