Our Terms & Conditions, Property Rules and the City of Busselton CODE OF CONDUCT for Holiday Homes all form part of any booking.
This wonderful beachside home will suit families or large groups and is close to the ocean, boat ramp, shops and conveniently located within easy driving distance to all the wonderful experiences our region has to offer.
Wifi is available.
The master bedroom sits at the front of the home with queen bed, walk in robe, reverse cycle air conditioning and a well appointed ensuite bathroom. This includes a spacious double vanity, shower & private toilet.
In this front wing of the house there is also another bedroom with double bed and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Leading in to the living area is where you can all kick back in front of the TV. This room has flat screen TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning and access to the internet via house wifi. The adjoining dining area offers seating for 6 plus 4 bar stools overlooking the huge new kitchen which offers heaps of bench space, lots of storage, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven and large fridge/freezer as well as all the basics you need to cook with whilst on holiday (pots, pans, utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster etc).
The kitchen has a servery window that offers access to the large alfresco area, allowing for seamless entertaining.
To the second wing of the house sits the laundry, family bathroom with bath, shower & vanity, a separate toilet. 2 more x queen bedrooms and 1 x bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (4 x singles).
All bedrooms in this wing have robe storage and ceiling fans.
Outside the kids and pet can safely play whilst you supervise from the comfortable outdoor lounge area. This space is set up for all-year-round dining & entertaining in mind with fridge, BBQ, heater, pizza oven and the convenient kitchen servery window.
There are 2 kayaks for guest enjoyment.
There is parking for 4 cars. The beach is just a quick stroll to the end of the road, boat ramp a few minutes drive away.
Outside pets are welcome.

Please note:
-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :
* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants
* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants
* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)
- Beach towels are NOT included
- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come. There are strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Strictly outside pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
