HIGH TIDES is a newly renovated 4 bedrooom, 2 bathroom home with all the modern touches whilst keeping it's gorgeous cottage charm.

Wifi is now included. 

Enjoy fresh coffee & bread from "Rise & Co" bakery/cafe on the corner only meters from the house or grab a delicious and convenient breakfast or lunch. 

You really are in the midst of it all in this fabulous location - Beach is under 10 minutes walk down the road, Busselton Jetty and the CBD just 15 minutes walk. Make the most of the central location and walk, scoot or ride to your hearts' content! Hit up the Sunday markets at the Jetty, take the kids to the foreshore park or skate park. Enjoy lunch or dinner in town at any one of our numerous cafe's and restaurants. Otherwise all of this is just 1-2 minutes drive away. 

Dunsborough, Yallingup, Eagle Bay are only 25 minutes away by car and Margaret River CBD approximately 45 minutes. 

Inside the home the brand new kitchen is equipped with everything you need including crockery, cutlery, utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle and the all important dishwasher. The dining & lounge room are also in this open plan space, making for easy entertaining and family living. 

The comfortable lounge room has TV and DVD player plus reverse cycle air conditioner. In the Winter you can curl up in front of the warm wood fireplace. 

All four bedrooms have ceiling fans for Summer comfort. The master bedroom has a well appointed private ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity. 

There is a second separate toilet and main bathroom off the hallway for easy access by the other bedrooms/guests. Also in this part of the house is the laundry room with washing machine. 

Outside the kids and dog can run & play all day long in the securely fenced yards. There is outdoor seating & BBQ, plenty of sunny or shady spots to enjoy all year round. 

This property is pet friendly for OUTSIDE DOGS ONLY. Please ensure you let us know with your enquiry if you are bringing a pet. 

There is plenty of parking available in the large driveway & under a roofed carport.

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding

- Pet Friendly, however please let us know if your dog is an inside pet BEFORE BOOKING as this will require special approval. We normally ask pets to remain outside only.

Great Location

Beautiful home with simple and elegant furnishings . The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and about a 15 minute walk to the jetty. Everything was immaculate and clean and the kitchen was set up well for cooking. The yard is perfect for those wit a pet being fully fenced and minimal garden just mostly grass. Would love to stay again!

Loved this house so much I wanted to stay. Fantastic kitchen, dining and lounge area. Generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location. Don’t book anywhere else, this place is perfect!!

Lovely Place

A lovely place, close to everything. The house has recently been redecorated and has every modern amenity. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the bedrooms are large. We loved the location, close to a lovely cafe and walking distance to the Main Street

What a fantastic reno. This property is immaculately presented and maintained. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms clean and living area great. Less than 100 metres to Rise and Co bakery/cafe where you can get great coffee and breakfast. Just a short 15 minute walk to central Busso. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Holiday Home. Stunning decor, modern and spacious with a relaxed feel as soon as you enter. Those polished floor boards! The garden also is beautifully maintained. Perfect location to town and an easy walk to the Beach. Would stay again!
