HIGH TIDES is a newly renovated 4 bedrooom, 2 bathroom home with all the modern touches whilst keeping it's gorgeous cottage charm.

Wifi is now included. 

Enjoy fresh coffee & bread from "Rise & Co" bakery/cafe on the corner only meters from the house or grab a delicious and convenient breakfast or lunch. 

You really are in the midst of it all in this fabulous location - Beach is under 10 minutes walk down the road, Busselton Jetty and the CBD just 15 minutes walk. Make the most of the central location and walk, scoot or ride to your hearts' content! Hit up the Sunday markets at the Jetty, take the kids to the foreshore park or skate park. Enjoy lunch or dinner in town at any one of our numerous cafe's and restaurants. Otherwise all of this is just 1-2 minutes drive away. 

Dunsborough, Yallingup, Eagle Bay are only 25 minutes away by car and Margaret River CBD approximately 45 minutes. 

Inside the home the brand new kitchen is equipped with everything you need including crockery, cutlery, utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle and the all important dishwasher. The dining & lounge room are also in this open plan space, making for easy entertaining and family living. 

The comfortable lounge room has TV and DVD player plus reverse cycle air conditioner. In the Winter you can curl up in front of the warm wood fireplace. 

All four bedrooms have ceiling fans for Summer comfort. The master bedroom has a well appointed private ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity. 

There is a second separate toilet and main bathroom off the hallway for easy access by the other bedrooms/guests. Also in this part of the house is the laundry room with washing machine. 

Outside the kids and dog can run & play all day long in the securely fenced yards. There is outdoor seating & BBQ, plenty of sunny or shady spots to enjoy all year round. 

This property is pet friendly for OUTSIDE DOGS ONLY. Please ensure you let us know with your enquiry if you are bringing a pet. 

There is plenty of parking available in the large driveway & under a roofed carport.

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see below)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- Bathroom linens can be hired or BYO. To hire it is $5 per person and provides 1 x towel & face washer per person, 1 x bath mat & hand towel per bathroom

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

- You can hire porta-cots & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with linen/bedding

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend to keep a pet inside this property as this will require special approval

Great Space

Great space walkable to the beach and shops but also in quiet residential area. Super clean and comfortable space. Fit 6 of us with no issue and great kitchen to prepare and share a meal.

We were 2 families, one with x 2 teenagers, one with x 2 under 5yrs and 1 x small dog. The accommodation was immaculate, well stocked and the home was lovely. Central but quiet location with all amenities close by. Will definitely book again x

This is a wonderful house

Brand new with enough space and bedrooms. See the pictures. What you see is what you get. Spacious garden and a nice covered terrace for an early morning coffee. The beach is like 800 meters and the jetty about 1,5 kilometres. Be aware that there is no wifi and the house lacks electric devices such as a fruit press, coffee machine (like nespresso) and a handmixer. Nevertheless we had a great time!

Girls & co long weekend

High Tides is such a lovely and gorgeous home located perfectly in between the beach and Busselton's best bakery. The enclosed yard was perfect for our small dogs and young Children to run around and enjoy. A very well presented and clean interior - literally nothing we could complain about. We used the weber, toasted marshmallow's by the fire pit and visited local wineries. What more could you ask for on a girls weekend away! Will definitely be returning.

The house is a lovely cottage look from the front and inside is spacious with all the modern amenities. Great front and back yard lots of room. Centrally located to travel to the breweries and wineries!
